Operations Coordinator
Provides support for building and maintenance projects.
Coordinates needs and requirements of employees regarding furniture and equipment.
Coordinates with vendors regarding deliveries and repairs.
Responsible for handling daily maintenance requests related to office equipment, scheduling services and conducting walkthroughs of offices to verify and check for potential building issues and general upkeep of building.
Responsibilities include maintaining inventory database, ordering and distribution of office supplies and organization and upkeep of offsite storage units.
Setup and breakdown for company events, special projects and office space.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel needed.
Experience in customer service and problem solving skills desired.
Electrical and HVAC knowledge a plus but not necessary.
