Online Marketing Specialist
Become a part of PTC’s Global Services Marketing and Communications Group who is responsible for elevating the stature of Global Services across PTC, with partners, customers, and key influencers in the marketplace. Main activities include messaging, thought leadership marketing, customer reference programs, demand generation, web marketing, events management, and internal communications.
We are looking for a creative, accomplished online marketing professional (web marketer/writer/editor) to help develop and manage issues-based marketing programs that build Global Services distinction in the market. The ideal candidate will have a strong writing background with solid experience in high tech marketing, web marketing, social media, and project management. Journalism experience is highly preferred.
Primary Responsibilities:
Online Marketing -Effective marketing on the web; experience with corporate websites -Appreciation for web marketing principles and user experience -Monitoring and engaging with relevant social media and networks
Content Development -Research, analysis, and development of Points of View on key Global Services issues -Writing and editing articles, blog posts, and longer thought leadership publications -Works with individual experts, customers, or partners to develop success stories
Project Management -Scopes complex programs, develops project plans aligned to business priorities -Project management and support for thought leadership publications, video, and events -Work successfully with cross-functional teams to drive project execution on target and on time
Requirements:
Requirements Bachelors and preferably master’s degree in journalism, marketing, or science / technology. 10+ years of professional experience in high tech marketing, web marketing, social media, product management / marketing, and project management.
