has an immediate opening for a business analyst with strong technical skills to data mine our operational data files, perform detail analyses of the select data and make business decision based on findings. Must be experienced in the online internet world and possess skills in web programming, query language and/or web analytics software. Must be focused on detail, metrics oriented and able to identify trends,
Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in online processes, able to work with minimum direction, comfortable interacting with technical personnel, must be a quick learner and possess written and verbal communication skills to interact with all levels within the organization. .
Job responsibilities include:
- Focus on data analysis and business strategy
- Extract data , analyze the findings, format for executive presentation
- Work internally and with business partners to identify trends and improve revenue goals
-Will engage in SEO processes, site testing and email optimization
- Monitor web analytics and identify growth opportunities to increase web effectiveness
-Work closely with executive management to implement overall growth plans.
- Assist Marketing & Communications with the development and execution of effective and profitable marketing and communication programs.
- Assist with the creation and launch new marketing materials to support new and existing areas of our business.
- Build relationships with the Sales Team to support their revenue objectives.
- Assist with corporate website needs, ensuring that content remains up to date and fresh.
- Run campaign reports, analyze trends and identify new ways to grow our business.
- Support our client/advertising relationships by understanding and executing on business requirements.

- Must be experienced in the online internet b2b business model
- Knowledge of recruitment advertising and lead generation (PPC) processes a plus
- Ability to take initiative and manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver high-quality results.
- Mathematical aptitude and advanced excel spreadsheet skills
- Technical knowledge of web development tools or web analytics software (google analytics, insight, coreMetrics, monetate, etc.)
- Strong verbal, written and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of e-mail marketing and other on line advertising principals.
- SEM/SEO experience preferred
