The National Programming Platforms group is looking for a National Sponsorship Coordinator who will assist with the planning and execution of sponsorship opportunities for NPP events across the country.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Reports to VP, Music & Entertainment Marketing for Clear Channel Radio. - Assist VP Music & Entertainment Marketing with the planning and execution of annual NPP events (iHeartRadio Music Festival, Destination Concerts). - Identify and develop sponsorship opportunities for NPP events. Support new and existing client's sales and promotional objectives. - Develop or create for each client, complete programs that include on-air, online and on-site sponsorship opportunities. - Ability to develop and manage a sponsorship inventory system for NPP events. - Collaborate with the marketing and development staff to create sponsorship opportunities for NPP events. - Point of contact for clients leading up to and on-site at NPP events. - Develop and implement internal communications about events and sponsorship opportunities with sales team - Manage overall sponsorships at NPP events. - Responsible for working with venues to determine all on-site sponsorship opportunities and restrictions. - Responsible for working on-site at all NPP events with sponsorships. - Capture all elements that would provide a comprehensive recap of promotional execution for client.
