Job Description
Coaches the sales team and acts as a conduit between the customer, the sales force, Medical Affairs and Marketing for the knowledge exchange of relevant clinical, economic, and environmental information in the world of Nutrition. Contributes to the definition and implementation of the sales strategy while representing Baxter in the market and driving the team towards success through mentoring, coaching, and developing (leveraging personal experience of interacting with various clinical customers). The sales manager is accountable for the execution of the go-to-market strategy and delivery of annual sales and GP targets. The sales manager directly supports and coaches the Nutrition Specialists while supporting the MD Sales Managers in coaching and supporting their extended teams of FT/ MD Specialists.

Education Level
Required:
•University Degree in Business and/or Science Major Subjects / Specialties
Preferred:
•Business, Science
•Type of Experience Required:
•Sales in Pharma, and/or a healthcare/hospital industry or environment
•Sales Management (for external candidates) Preferred:
•Sales management in a matrixed organization
•Head office experience (marketing)
•Clinical / technical sales experience in Nutrition Years of Experience
Required:
•3 - 5 years of sales experience and 2 years of leading a team Preferred:
•1-2 years of marketing experience Additional Skills / Special Training / Technical Skills Required
