Mobile Strategy Director - Media Strategy
Top Interactive Marketing Agency with a proven record of success is looking for a top Mobile Strategy Executive.
The Agency Mobile strategy team works with clients to understand their business and marketing needs to uncover breakthrough customer insights, helps guide the Media team in generating big mobile ideas, and works with our media partners to plan communications with customers and people in general.
The ideal candidate has at least 7-10 years experience developing and applying breakthrough strategic insights in an agency, marketing or professional services firm, as well as exceptional thinking, communication and influence skills, leadership, and energy. Most importantly, we seek candidates who bring a passion to the digital landscape and an expertise in Mobile strategy and implementation.
Responsibilities
Setting the strategic direction of the work that Agency produces for a given client and contributing to the collective strategic direction within Mobile
Developing briefs to help guide the process
Collaborating with other agency partners to create holistic solutions that are grounded in relationship-era thinking and that span customer touch points
Developing compelling presentations that clearly help the client see the value of the proposed solutions and invites the client to be part of the solution process
Ensuring the quality of the strategic thinking and proposals produced by Agency is of the highest standard
Sharing responsibility with other team managers for ‘flawless execution’ of all client deliverables.
Building strong relationships with multi-levels of marketing clients and assisting clients with deepening their knowledge of relationship era marketing
Managing others within the Strategy discipline, when required
Producing white papers and POVs and representing Agency at conferences and trade shows
Requirements & Qualifications The candidate should meet the following professional requirements:
10+ years developing marketing communications and brand experience strategies across a variety of disciplines
5+ years working in a MEDIA agency
3+ years of Mobile experience at an agency
Extensive knowledge and experience of marketing channels, including all interactive channels and emerging channels such as social networks, mobile, and “owned” media
Aptitude and cultural fit to inspire and collaborate with creative minded agency teams
An inspirational personal style coupled with great writing and speaking skills
