Scope of Position:
This position is responsible for providing the highest level of project leadership in the Wireless, Telecommunications, Hi-Tech, Healthcare, and Retail industries. We are looking to add broadly capable consultants who can successfully lead complex initiatives while working across all types of personalities and client levels. Our goal is 100% client satisfaction through intense focus on the client’s objectives. To succeed at Strong-Bridge, you need to be a “hands on doer” who can think strategically and act tactically.
OVERVIEW and RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Program Manager will provide exceptional client service and project leadership within Strong-Bridge specifically responsible for the following:
Manage the pace of campaign related projects and successfully deliver on critical deadlines for the client.
Understand current state core goals, constraints, and forecast, financial constraints, current initiatives and timing, and current consumer offering and incentives.
Design, develop, and execute campaigns for customer growth (cross/up-sell) and retention including defining core metrics, target customer segment, incentives, messaging medium, management of creative design, program / project plan, post mortem review.
Provide input to partner and channel alliances.
Define reporting requirements.
Define key operational capabilities required, identify gaps in operational processes, and oversee gap resolution.
Quickly identify, communicate, and work to resolve blocking issues for all campaigns and campaign related work.
Provide regular campaign status reporting to key stakeholders, including senior leadership for oversight and/or for escalation and resolution of critical issues.
Assess end-to-end business policies, processes, and practices and identify any issues or gaps that stand in the way of outstanding customer experiences.
Document: process flows, conversations, meetings, writing/updating documents.
Understand the project process (Design, Develop, Deliver) and tolerance for navigating the reality.
Work closely with Operations & Customer Service teams to identify, implement and deliver results.
Skills / Background Required:
Must have 7-10+ years' work experience of which 3+ years experience in Marketing Campaign Management for Consumer or Business, and must have experience with one or all of the following mediums: direct mail, email, outbound call, SMS.
3+ years wireless industry experience
5 years Project or Program Management experience.
Bachelors degree required
Strong record of achievement in applying a customer view solutions and approaches
Demonstrated ability to synthesize information, prioritize efforts, and drive results with a strong sense of urgency and decisiveness
Strong and disciplined process improvement capabilities
Demonstrates a flexible approach, stamina and resilience to setbacks
Strategic, critical thinker and pragmatic problem-solver
Strong relationship management skills with ability to deepen relationships and build partnerships among peers, internal partners and external constituencies
Sense of urgency with a passion for flawless execution
Must possess exceptional time management and organization skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Wireless Industry experience us a plus.
Experience in CRM systems or implementations is a plus.
