We are currently seeking a highly driven, professional individual for the position of Field Operations Leader.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage field teams to meet deliverables and consistently achieve metric performance standards. Successfully manage and achieve multiple goals across several field marketing disciplines.
- Develop and maintain coverage strategies and territory mapping to ensure client coverage mandates are achieved.
- Direct the selection, supervision, development and evaluation of assigned staff; includes establishing and modeling performance expectations and standards. Respond and reallocate talent resources to meet the field team needs of the client.
- Implement communication protocol within team management and field organization to establish program awareness, team motivation, and accountability that result in performance excellence.
- Interface with the client account team to ensure program objectives are clearly identified, communicated and delivered.
- Develop and implement leading-edge operational strategies and practices to maximize field contribution and achieve efficiencies.
- Develop and manage field expense revenue/costs against client budgets and apply accounting principles to measure and ensure profitability. Maintain focus and accountability for field expense control.
- Interface with additional client program leaders to ensure consistency of practices and global integration of standards to maintain excellence.
- Develop and deliver reporting (including monthly competitive report content) to contribute to metrics reporting and execution results. Deliver national qualitative summaries by round and ad hoc. Responsible for delivering highlights/lowlight summaries including observations, recommendations and Store At-A-Glance results.
- Help identify new business and contribute to strategy of new business opportunities.
- Develop and deliver presentation content to prove value, results and communicate success.
- Contribute to training content and development to ensure readiness of the field team.
