Job Description: YachtWorld is lookingfor a strong candidate with sales skills in an inside sales platform. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing an existing customer base in a defined geography as well as increasing customer count within the same geography. Marine industry experience is a plus, but not necessary. Looking for an individual who is a self starter and is very disciplined. Needs to be able to maintain and foster strong client relationships and build new ones throughout the market. They must be organized and have good time management skills. This candidate must have a minimum of 3 years sales experience with a proven track record of success. Must beproficient in word, excel, power point and CRM programs. Job Requirements: Manage and foster growth within an existing client base Gain a strong understanding of YachtWorld's product portfolio and position those products to meet client's needs Excellent verbal and written communication skills are vital to this role Travel as required within the existing sales territory Maintain existing clients in a database Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently An understanding of how web-based advertising products benefit customers Aptitude to develop relationships with key decision makers in the defined territory
