Media Production Coordinator

  • Coordinate the planning, development, preparation, installation, and documentation of media projects.
  • Schedule internal/stakeholder/vendor production related meetings and reviews.
  • Assist with developing and executing project plans and budgets.
  • Develop, manage, and report on production schedules and expenses.
  • Create, review and submit purchase orders for contracts with outside vendors and contractors.
  • Serves as the primary contact for logistics associated with media projects and production schedules, both internally and with external vendors.
  • Development of media production process and best practices.
  • 2 years experience in media production, visual or moving image arts, digital communications, or related field, is required.
  • Strong project management, communication, collaborative, and organizational abilities are essential.
  • Must have experience developing and managing budgets and project plans.
  • Must be able to oversee multiple projects, ensuring their timely completion while maintaining budgetary goals.
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and initiative are key qualities for this position.
  • BA or BS required
