Sampler/Marketing Assistant -Chicken Kitchen Marketing Team- Job Description and Duties: The Sampler/Marketing Assistant will be a two-fold position. This person must maintain the highest level of professionalism and exude a positive, upbeat personality. They must have exceptional communication skills and be able to market an array of products with confidence. They will be our go to person for marketing in front of the store by doing sampling to our potential customers. They must take the knowledge gained in training and be able to communicate this to the general public in a literate and sales-driven way. This position will require a person who is not afraid to learn and someone who is looking to move in a positive direction with the company. Duties will include: being the companys main sampler by distributing samples to the public and assisting the Marketing Coordinator in all marketing functions associated with the mall and Chicken Kitchen (including events and communications with the mall marketing directors). There may be times in the future to where there will be off-site marketing functions that the marketing assistant may need to be present. This will be determined as future events arise. The Sampler/Marketing Assistant will report directly to the Marketing Coordinator. However, the store manager to which location you are working at, Director of Operations, and all those above will have authority over this position as well. This person will agree to meet on a bi-weekly to monthly basis (as needed) with the Marketing Coordinator and the rest of the CK marketing team. They will be open to learning about new products and educating themselves further with the Chicken Kitchen concept and the healthy manner in which CK concept was formed.
