This individual will join our team in the position of: Marketing Coordinator. This position reports to the General Manager. The candidate is responsible for, but not limited to: Plan, coordinate and manage marketing and sales activities to ensure timely execution and follow-up of these initiatives. Effectively train local office staff on marketing Northland products, packages and promotions to residential and business customers. Perform market research through surveys and Internet. Track the effectiveness of marketing and sales initiatives. This position works directly with corporate and local management. The successful candidate possesses a superior aptitude for excellent communication skills, the ability to meet goals and the utilization of organizational skills to establish priorities and successfully manage time and people through assertive and effective communication. A bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience required. Successful employment history demonstrating a capacity of increasing management responsibility preferred.
