Job Description The Marketing specialist/Proposal coordinator will assist the existing marketing staff in the preparation, development, and production of proposal documents and related qualification material (statements of qualifications, CVs, Project Sheets, etc.) Candidate Specification Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Liberal Arts, or equivalent. We prefer 1 - 3 years experience in marketing & proposal development in the engineering field but relevant experience in other fields will also be considered. Recent college graduates will be considered if they have had prior relevant internship experience. Strong PC skills, including MS Office, Outlook, and Excel are required. Knowledge of Adobe InDesign would be a plus. Candidates must have strong oral and written communication skills and able to work in a deadline-driven environment.
