Boeing's Mobility Business Development organization has a great opportunity for an outstanding, high performing individual with an in depth knowledge of international sales and marketing of mobility military systems (CH-47, V-22, C-17, KC-46).

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Mobility International Business Development, the primary responsibilities of this position will include assisting in the development and execution of the Boeing growth strategy for international sales. Responsibilities include:

-Have Responsibility, Accountability, and Authority (RAA) for the sale, and development, management and execution of win strategies and capture contact plans
-Shape and/or keep current opportunities sold and extended by advocating our products and services with external audiences and customers
-Assist effective resource/budget planning and management to optimize sales/wins; to implement IBAP Create phase Capture support and Manage IBAP Gate review across Division/BU
-Use functional excellence processes/tools supporting planning and execution of marketing and sales requirements, products and activities
-Ensure customer satisfaction assessment in support of future sales and capture
-Create metrics to monitor campaign project status and budget requirements.
-Apply operational experience and detailed customer knowledge to support mission, usability and cost effectiveness analyses to predict system performance and operational utility.
-Research, review and analyze information about competitors' products and services to develop a comprehensive understanding (breadth and depth) of specific competitor activities and their impact on company strategy to improve our competitive position.
-Verify, evaluate and apply detailed customer knowledge to advance campaign activity, support the long range business plan (LRBP) and contribute to strategy development (i.e. country, region, campaign).
-Lead preparation of proposals by developing themes and discriminators and ensures correct members and resources are included in the team.

Successful applicants will have an in-depth and detailed understanding of the foreign military sales process and the direct commercial sales process.

Successful applicants will have an in-depth and detailed understanding of the roles of US Government Agencies that support international military sales such as Embassy Attache, DSCA, USASAC, DASA-DEC, etc.

Successful applicant will have an in-depth and detailed understanding of how to engage the appropriate foreign government entities that support sales in their respective countries (foreign embassies, NATO, EDA, etc)

Successful applicants will have an in-depth and detailed understanding of the ITAR requirements for the export of technical data and hardware.

Successful applicant will have an in depth and detail knowledge of the Integrated Business Acquisition Process (IBAP), Long Range Business Plan (LRBP) process, and proposal management.

Successful applicant must demonstrate an ability to work with a multifunctional and diverse team. Essential to this position is the ability to coordinate across multiple organizations such as: Programs, Core International Business Development, and Washington International Operations.

Successful applicant must demonstrate an ability to ensure strategic alignment with the customer, the LRBP, and regional country objectives.

Regular international and domestic travel is required (approximately 30%-50%).

Basic Qualifications For Consideration

Do you have experience with foreign military sales (FMS) or direct commercial sales (DCS)?

Do you have experience in ITAR compliance?

Are you able to travel internationally for 30% to 50% of your time?

Do you have experience with international customers?

Do you have experience in the development of campaign strategy and proposal management?

Typical Education/Experience
Technical bachelor's degree and typically 14 or more years' related work experience or a Master's degree with typically 12 or more years' or a PhD degree with typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study.
