Marketing and Outreach Coordinator Physicians' Clinic of Iowa is seeking a Marketing and Outreach Coordinator to join our Administrative team. This individual will coordinate our Marketing, Physician recruitment and referring physician liaison efforts. This person will spend their time performing a variety of duties including coordinating the marketing efforts of Physicians' Clinic of Iowa by working with marketing, PR and media agencies as well as working with our in house marketing committee to ensure that our marketing goals are met. This individual will also coordinate the physician recruitment efforts of PCI including managing the logistics of physician recruitment working with third party agencies, coordinating recruitment events and assisting with travel arrangements for physician recruits. Additionally, this person will serve as a liaison and resource to our referring cessful candidate should be able to demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Experience with desktop publishing programs also helpful. The ideal candidate will have the ability to operate under pressure and meet deadlines will possess effective project management skills and will demonstrate a history of working collaboratively as a team member. Applicants should be self-motivated, confident, energetic and creative and be able to effectively communicate and make best use of interpersonal skills. Should be able to deliver creative and innovative thoughts and must be able to communicate excellently verbally and in writing with all kinds of ding candidates will possess the following qualifications:5+ years experience in healthcare, marketing, recruitment or related fer candidate with an AA or BA.
