Position Description Responsibilities: This person will be responsible for managing promotions and vendor co-op campaigns for select destinations. This person will work closely with product development and creative resources to administer print and online projects from start to finish. Strong project management and organizational skills required. Must be able to take direction well while having the confidence to provide clear instructions and objectives to other individuals. Will be responsible for keeping schedules on track under tight deadlines. Must be able to exercise good judgment when making decisions, work well under pressure, and know how to adapt to working outside the box when needed.
Specifics duties: - Manage promotions as related to their destinations (Classic-initiated including Soft Seasons & Tourism Board) - Coordinate Lifestyle Program offers for their destinations - Manage POM for their destinations - Track co-op marketing plans for their destinations including collecting back-up for billing SKILLS: Excellent project management skills Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills Proficient in providing solid creative guidance/direction to creative teams Manage relationship with partners and be the liaison internally with other groups within organization Strong ability to build cross-functional relationships and maintain close relationships with partners Ad agency experience a plus Advanced Skills in MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Education/Experience: BA degree in Marketing or a related field 2 years experience in a comparable role
