Your role is to be responsible for management of marketing department programs and initiatives that drive sales, profit, and build the Toppers Pizza brand. Through a deep marketing and business analytics knowledge, develop and manage integrated marketing programs and measure results. Manage multiple markets and projects simultaneously, franchisee and corporate-owned, system-wide. Creates, manages and implements strategic marketing programs to drive traffic and sales in company markets; with the goal of exceeding company sales goals. Leads communication of and influences participation on Limited Time Offers (LTOs). Tracks and reports on participation/usage of LTOs. Analyzes the success of all marketing related efforts. Develops, tests, and improves Local Store Marketing programs to assist stores in building sales over time. Assists in community relationship building and implements sales-building practices and tactics. Assists in managing the companys R&D process to include the in-market testing of new products for LTOs or menu introductions. Manages local budgets to ensure dollars are allocated towards sales and traffic building goals. Works collaboratively with the marketing team to develop and execute local marketing programs to supplement national promotions. Assist Director of Marketing in the creation of companywide social media strategy and the management of the day to day related activities. Develops killer fundraising programs that can be implemented by franchisees and corporate managers in their local markets. Gains franchisee and market team alignment in local marketing programs to ensure participation at the store level. Conducts quarterly marketing training classes with franchisees and store management personnel. Develops and manages marketing campaigns for Market Introduction Plan (MIP) and post grand-openings, including public relations. Create/update MIP tool-kit for company and franchise use. Manages / coordinates efforts of full time and part time personnel who conduct the in market portion of the MIP program. Maintains, enhances, and promotes the online marketing material tool MAPP Store by assisting franchise partners with the creation of creative material. Provides support to the field and works to increase use of the system. Establishes and maintains strong relationships with directors of franchise and company operations to proactively communicate all national and local marketing and brand initiatives. Perform as key communication liaison between marketing team and key operators and franchise team members. Works with the Director of Marketing on plan strategy and development, providing input to ad agencies, public relations firm and other resources. Provides guidance to corporate and franchise partners to help develop marketing plans that optimize their budgets; provides them with assistance to work with local marketing partners in the planning and buying of any local media. Ensures correct execution of advertising by monitoring all media placements. Provides advertising support for stores and franchisees by working with Graphics Designer and Director of Marketing. Provides back up graphics design and art direction support to all marketing projects of the Graphics Designer. Writes standardized rollout guides and marketing updates for all market level activity. Develop/update Local Store Marketing (LSM) tool kit. Communicate roll-out or changes/additions with key operations contacts.
