Marketing Manager - Engineering Business Unit
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for building, leading and inspiring a professional team to create and execute an integrated marketing strategy and plan for the Engineering Business Unit.
Candidate will:
Develop a strategy that enhances the visibility of Corporation as a respected global leader in Engineering related solutions and services. Execute a plan through creative and immersive thought leadership, executive visibility and extensive and creative use of marketing channels
Establish excellent relationships with key influencers (industry analyst, journalists, bloggers and industry experts) for topics and areas related to Corporation's Engineering services and establish a solid and strategic influencer relations plan that will allow a shift of perception of key influencers
Play leadership role in driving the integration with and support of industry business unit marketing plans. Develop and roll out creative sales tools to specialist and general field sales teams, supported with internal communications strategy that shares external marketing efforts and successes
Secondary tasks associated with this role:
Continually analyse and anticipate top competitors’ marketing strategies, and translate into Infosys responses
Strong integration with corporation communications teams globally, driving unified voice and strategy
Demonstrate exceptional positive attitude, aptitude to adapt to change, and boundless creativity
Be active in social media, internally and externally.
Lead the charge in infusing corporate messaging into all Corporate materials.
Education
Bachelors Degree is required. MA or MBA preferred.
Skillset
Prior ane demonstrated expereince as a senior marketing leader
Experience in Engineering related consulting, solutions and/or products.
