LOCK SEARCH GROUP POSITION: Marketing Manager LOCATION: Mississauga, ON We have an innovative client in the medical industry, and they are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team! RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in developing marketing strategy and vision Overall responsibility for internet, print, radio, TV, social media, and marketing collateral Facilitate day-to-day communications with advertising agencies, internet marketing company, medical device manufacturer, and media buyers Research, analysis and reporting of marketing results, clinic volumes and website data and data from internet marketing company Public relations efforts including press releases Allocate and implement the annual marketing budget Coordinate attendance and exhibit booth setup for key physician and consumer conferences and trade shows REQUIREMENTS : A minimum of 5 years marketing experience, preference will be given to those in the healthcare or wellness BA in business or MBA or other relevant education Experience educating or marketing to physicians would be beneficial Competence in the areas of internet marketing Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office and Excel Self-motivated and an ability to work independently Excellent interpersonal skills -- writing, speaking, and presentation skills High attention to detail Fast learner Team building COMPENSATION : Salary Benefits: 3 weeks vacation, access to group Health Plan Flexible work hours: start time of 8 a.m., 9 a.m. or 10 a.m. Work day: 37.5 hour work week (7.5 work day, 1/2 lunch) Limited travel: short trips for 2- 3 days a few times per year.
