Marketing Manager
Job Description:
Lead all product marketing activities including:
New product/service definition.
Define value proposition, as well as function and feature requirements in light of customer requirements.
Develop and recommend product positioning and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
Develop product messaging strategy and related marketing collateral.
Oversee and evaluate market research and adjust marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
Plan and oversee marketing department activities including:
Lead generation.
GoogleAd words and other including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail marketing/advertising initiatives.
Develop and manage marketing operating budget.
Ensure effective control of marketing results, and take corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
Guide preparation of marketing activity reports and present to executive management.
Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
Qualifications:
8+ years marketing experience.
Previous experience in financial lending industry (mortgage/banking) or financial services industry strongly preferred.
Familiar with new media and internet marketing/advertising.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience in leading and growing teams to continued success.
Self-starter with drive to create and exceed in an entrepreneurial environment.
BS/BA in Marketing or related field preferred.
Working knowledge of as well as Microsoft suites (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
