POSITION PROFILE
Marketing strategy and execution for Ricoh Americas specifically for Healthcare sector. Includes development and implementation of strategies & programs that drive marketing activities and support Ricoh sales and marketing goals inside the Healthcare sector. Direct interaction with key stakeholders for the Healthcare line of business including corporate staff, business domain leaders and sales teams.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Is the Marketing Leader and Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Healthcare market with key understanding of Ricoh’s differentiators and core businesses
Drives turn key Marketing strategy and planning including (but not exclusive to):
Contribution and support of Healthcare mid term plans and fiscal year plans
Sizing of vertical and geographic markets and opportunities
Formulation of unique market opportunities, identify and engage solution partners to integrate them into the solutions roadmap and capitalize on them to drive revenue
Create and manage the unique value proposition for Healthcare
Promotes the Ricoh Healthcare strategy externally to industry thought leaders, analysts and strategic partners.
Partners with Ricoh Healthcare sales team leadership (nationally & regionally) to:
Develop plans in support of voice of field
Provide market insights and competitive analysis by working with Ricoh US Marketing competitive team
Establishes Ricoh Healthcare brand strategy and corresponding value propositions
Program management reporting and analysis
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience and Certifications)
College degree or equivalent experience required; Master’s Degree highly desirable
7 - 10 years of experience in marketing
Requires min 7 - 10 years of experience and significant depth of knowledge in the Healthcare sector
Must be a strategic thinker in combination with ‘hands-on’ mentality and skills
Must have a broad view of the dependencies, interaction and integrated goals of the services and equipment side of the business. Must have a proven track record of relationship building with internal and external customers.
Entrepreneurial attitude.
Must possess the ability to assess current state and balance with desired end-state.
Must possess the ability to prioritize.
Have a willingness to work cross-functionally with other marketing, field and HQ resources.
Must be highly motivated with the ability to handle multiple assignments and operate effectively in a fast paced environment.
