Job Description :
Direct and Coordinate Production of Creative Material: Translate our messaging strategy into creative material that achieves our business and strategic objectives. This includes consumer and trade advertising. Public Relations: Translate top-line messaging into public relations initiatives that gain un-paid and paid exposure for the brand through relevant media. .Channel/Internal Communication: Communicate initiatives within the organization for use in general business operations, planning, sales meetings, and for internal corporate communications General Messaging and Packaging Design: Lead the process through which we generate all brand messaging. Packaging: Lead the development of relevant packaging and design.. Media Planning: Realize our general annual business and communication plans through placement, tracking, and measurement of advertising campaigns. Consumer Knowledge: Lead and participate in consumer research projects and lead/participate in the communication of results to the appropriate stakeholders within the organization. Motivate and manage a group of diverse skills into a cohesive and strong team that is respected throughout the organization. Preparing high performers for additional responsibilities in the organization.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field required. Agency management experience (PR, Advertising, and/or Media Buying) Market research experience -commissioning studies and using results to develop advertising and brand strategies. Media buying and planning - working with agencies or directly placing advertising in media to reach defined consumer targets efficiently Creative development - working with multiple agencies to maintain an integrated brand message that achieves our strategic and tactical business objectives.
