The Marketing Manager is responsible for the development of Dish Puerto Rico’s overall brand and marketing strategy. Reporting to the Vice President of Multicultural Marketing, this role will be charged with designing a comprehensive plan to take full advantage of the satellite growth opportunity in Puerto Rico.
Develop a comprehensive 360 marketing plan to deliver on Dish Puerto Rico’s sales goals and support the brand’s strategic marketing initiatives
Direct and oversee the flawless implementation of the marketing plan in collaboration with agencies, retailers and Dish employees
Optimize media plans to increase gross activations through direct and indirect sales channels
Support the Dish Puerto Rico retailer network on the island through market trend reporting, advertising best practices and programmer sponsored opportunities
Work in close collaboration with Dish Latino Marketing Group to ensure synergies and best practice implementation
Bachelor’s degree business administration. Engineering backgrounds also welcome
Over 7 years of experience in marketing, sales and/or advertising
Experience in Telecommunication, Pay TV industry or Advertising agency preferred
