The Marketing Manager-DISH Latino is responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing and evaluating ongoing marketing campaigns and supports the implementation of proactive retention tactics of the Latino business.
This position is in charge of the planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of ongoing marketing campaigns targeting DishLATINO customers and dedicated to increase the tenure per subscriber and to drive loyalty. This position is also responsible for the strategy behind the planning and for the execution of campaigns that generate an increase of the average revenue of the Latino subscriber. Other responsibilities include the customization of corporate programs to target Latino customers and product launches. Analytical skills to evaluate the Latino business, the customer profile and behavior, and campaign efficiency; are a critical for this position.
Responsibilities:
· Makes recommendations on new strategies and tactics to increase customer tenure and to drive loyalty through proactive retention marketing programs and agency management. Dedicated to proactively target the main DishLATINO Churn drivers and to implement seasonal campaigns.
· Support the analysis of churn rates and trends including: churn per package, by promotion, by lifecycle, and by market.
· Plans and executes continuous and innovative marketing campaigns dedicated to increase the monthly revenue generated by the average DishLATINO subscriber.
· Customizes and implements corporate campaigns to target Latino customers.
· Capable of identifying customer requirements and areas of improvement within the Latino service to propose, plan and implement new programs/services/offers within the DishLATINO Business to continuously extend the customer tenure.
· Capable of preparing reporting and project overviews for presentation to senior decision-makers within the company.
· Work on multiple projects to completion while simultaneously fielding ad hoc requests and other duties as required.
· Manages creative agency on the design of all communication pieces.
Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or related field is required (MBA preferred). Fully bilingual in Spanish and English is required. Requires minumum of 3-5 years of corporate or agency marketing experience. Excellent organizational, follow-up and communication skills.
