Position Summary:
The Role: Covers direct and channel marketing activities for Germany, Austria and Switzerland
Primary Responsibilities: -Campaign Management: Develops and implements marketing programs/campaigns (locally developed or centrally provided) for direct customers and channel (goals, budget and measurement) in support of the regional business plans covering the areas of regional customer events and trade shows, campaigns/ promotions, advertisement, direct mailings, online communication, PR in cooperation with EMEA Marketing team -Channel Marketing: Works with existing channel partners to create and implement co-marketing plans including MDF mgmt Work with SIs, ISVs and other partners on joint marketing activities -Demand Generation: Ensure the marketing campaigns drive business (lead generation) and it is a close loop process with Sales -MDF Management (general): To spend the allocated MDF by quarter according to the corporate initiatives
Required Skills & Experience - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or relevant channel marketing background - Many years of successful direct and indirect marketing experience in the IT sector - Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and follow-up skills - Thorough knowledge of online and classic marketing mix tools - Fluency in English - Willingness to travel - Ability to work as part of a dynamic team whilst demonstrating flexibility, autonomy and a desire to make things happen - A desire to be part of a company that is redefining the entire software industry
This position can be located in Munich or Frankfurt.
