Identifying profitable opportunities within North America, collecting and tracking competitive information, and ensuring consistency in the business unit’s market approach.
Participating in global strategy development, as well as increase market awareness of the company's products and technology.
Product portfolio optimization, including rationalization and new product introduction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Marketing required; MBA a plus.
5+ years of strategic marketing experience and a strong background in the agro-food, flavorings and fragrances fields required.
Market research experience preferred.
Strong technical background in diphenols preferred.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a multi cultural and matrix environment .
Experience managing large marketing and/or technical projects.
Ability to maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, planning, and computer skills with attention to detail.
