Marketing Manager

Imprev, a fast-growing, profitable software company is building out its Marketing Team to support and help drive the company’s growth.  For more inforamtion visit in Bellevue, WA, Imprev is a leading provider of marketing technology for corporate sales departments.  Using Imprev, sales agents can choose from a web-based library of corporate sales and marketing collateral to personalize for all their business needs, including print, multimedia, email and HTML based designs. 

The company is looking for a seasoned, well-rounded marketing professional to drive its marketing efforts; provide strategic guidance and leadership to create interest, demand and recognition of Imprev’s services and platform through the use of product marketing, strategic relationships, channel marketing and marketing services.  We need a team-oriented leader, driven, customer focused and results oriented. We are a fun, dynamic and driven group of people that thrive in a fast-paced environment.

 

Marketing Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and implement internet strategies and a web presence that communicates Imprev’s value and product mix to corporate prospects, agents and brokers to generate sales, sales inquiries and business development leads.
  • Develop and manage Imprev’s social media strategy to communicate Imprev’s personality and drive increased inquiries and traffic to Imprev’s web site.
  • Identify appropriate public relations partners and engage in PR efforts as appropriate. Identify PR opportunities, develop messaging including press releases. Manage the PR budget and strategy.
  • Regularly communicate with Imprev’s customer base through a monthly newsletter, new user drip campaigns and other identified channels. 
  • Develop content for corporate customers to deliver to their user base.
  • Work closely with the executive team to ensure marketing plans are aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify key market and customer retention trends and opportunities through the evaluation of customer and industry behavior.
  • Develop tangible, meaningful metrics for Imprev’s marketing strategies that accurately reflect Imprev’s market penetration and potential. Track progress and ROI of all marketing campaigns.
  • Participate in and manage the development of campaign strategies, plan execution and analysis of results. 
  • Conduct competitive analysis, benchmarking, and target audience analysis to understand Imprev’s value proposition and market differentiators. 
  • Attend trade and market events as required. 
  • Develop key relationships with external partners and customers.

 

Qualifications

  • 6+ years hands-on experience, including 1 year of leadership responsibilities.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of developing and driving effective marketing programs, preferably in an ad agency or technology enterprise resource sales environment.
  • Ability to stay informed of industry trends and best practices.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing implementation with high return on company investment.
  • A strategic thinker who can think critically and act with tactical urgency.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and work closely and effectively with those responsible for the creative content.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.  Solid writer and ability to create content independently without reliance on advertising input.
  • Strong project and program management skills; ability to ensure that all work is completed effectively; solves problems and monitors progress of work against schedules and budgets; maintains high performance standards.
  • Experience marketing hyper-growth pre-IPO companies.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, content management systems and basic graphic design and/or HTML experience.
