Development of Franchise Strategy & Integrated Marketing Plan Execution
Work with Franchise and Customer Marketing to help create the goals/objectives and core strategies for each fiscal year.
Assist with the creation of marketing plans, creative briefs, account presentations as well as completing necessary brand/consumer search.
Track business objectives and results on a consistent basis and develop insights that can inform future marketing strategies and opportunities.
Consumer Focus
Serve as the expert of our company's apparel consumer and the stewart of our company's apparel brands
Develop/maintain knowledge of key consumer insights/trends (as relevant to our company's apparel consumer).
Maintain strong understanding of both our company and the apparel Franchise marketing goals and objectives.
Category Knowledge/Consumer and Culture Insights
Inform apparel franchise strategy through the on-going identification of relevant consumer and cultural insights.
Develop a deep understanding of selling seasons, key retail channels/accounts, consumer opportunities and performance metrics/sales reports.
Business Management
Effectively monitor and manage all budgets associated with marketing programs.
Manage and execute tactical marketing activations and programs.
Participate in business planning, budgeting, and performance target development.
Participate in functional discussions and initiatives across departments.
Utilize internal and external partnerships that leverage resources to help accomplish marketing goals and objectives.
Provide timely recaps of all marketing programs and activations
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
3-5 years of nd marketing experience in footwear, consumer products, and/or apparel with a focus in the youth culture. Experience working with brands that specifically target youth/young adults is a plus
Powerpoint skills and knowledge, including ability to create detailed marketing plans, strategic recommendations and marketing program recaps.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively communicate ideas and concepts
Ability to develop strong working relationships with management, external resources/agencies and internal departments.
Strong ability to be team players.
Sound judgment and ability to exercise high degree of professionalism.
Understanding and application of techniques in areas such as project management, idea creation, and cross-team management/effectiveness.
