  • Manage all Retailer Tools, including internal management of the DishMarketingSolutions website, DishSTUFF, DishTARGETS, eSALES and all other Retailer tools 
    • Duties include relationship oversight, tool functionality, reporting and content management and managing Retailer needs/feedback
    • Analyze all utilization and reporting to make recommendations for future campaigns and Retailer needs
  • Manage Co-op and MDF Creative Pre-Approval and Guidelines
    • Oversee Co-op budget and manage exceptions, program changes and specials
  • Identify Retailer needs and select Retailer Vendor Partner (?RVP?) relationships to support
    • Manage all aspects of RVP relationships including communication, issue management, support of DISH specials and all associated reporting
    • Identify opportunities and work with RVPs to define strategy for new projects and related negotiations
    • Monitor RVP offerings and pricing and obtain external data to ensure offering is the best value for Retailers
  • Partner with Corporate Communications team to develop Retailer Chat content, Marketing Notices content and other applicable Retailer Communications
    • Manage field communications related to changes, announcements and updates
  • Support Retailer events, including Event Marketing, Retailer Development Forums, Retailer Training, Retailer Round Tables and Team Summit
    • Develop content and materials to meet Retailer needs
  • Support OE Retailers by communicating overall marketing strategy and offer changes, providing creative guidance and reviewing marketing materials
  • Oversee all Retailer marketing materials; responsibilities include:
    • Develop and execute Retailer marketing strategies
    • Identification of Retailer marketing needs
    • Develop creative concepts and write copy
    • Partner with Creative Services, Regional Marketing team and third party vendors on element development
    • Manage approval process
  • Initiate and manage projects for Indirect Marketing to identify efficiencies and new opportunities
  • Direct support of Distributors and Sales via frequent communications and serving as the daily point-of-contact
    • Communications include: programming changes, logo changes, new material availability, etc. 
    • Host and conduct monthly Distributor calls and bi-annual meetings
  • Partner with Programming teams to identify Retailer opportunities and maximize exposure
  • Support Latino, International, Puerto Rico and Commercial groups, optimizing exposure and ensuring proper placement of materials
  • Support Broadband Marketing, including DISH broadband partners and Liberty Bell
  • Manage Retailer mall program with Sales
  • Manage and lead development of Marketing Manager & Marketing Specialists

  • Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university.
  • 5-7+ years of marketing experience, inlcuding management.
