Marketing Lead - Local and Sponsorship

This position is responsible for project management and strategy development of various marketing campaigns and projects specifically in Local Marketing and Sponsorship Marketing.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Drive project management and sponsorship success under strict deadlines, within budget and from beginning to end
· Define scope, goals, objectives and deliverables
· Communicate expectations, deliver executive level summaries and updates promptly, efficiently and effectively
· Act as a liaison to partners, internal departments, sales channels and/or outside vendors to ensure quality of communications, campaign and initiative updates and business relationships
· Drive creative direction for programs managed; including creative layout and design
· Maintain organized records of projects and campaigns for future use and/or reference
· Build and maintain campaign reporting and analysis; recommend improvements and future campaigns based on results
· Present campaign strategies and results to senior executives
· Leverage programmer relationships and assets
· Work with internal teams both in and out of Marketing Department in the successful development of cross-marketing campaigns to support domestic programming partner initiatives
· Maintain working relationships with programming partners
· Manage programmer assets in support of departmental creative initiatives
· Track annual cross-marketing budget and create executive-level reporting of budget status
Other duties as assigned within the Programmer Marketing team, including campaign development, competitive research and more
· 3-5 years experience
· BS/BA from 4-year college or university; marketing degree preferred or related experience; masters degree / MBA is beneficial
