Position Summary:
The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience supporting the company's Marketing effort. The Intern will support the country manager in all aspects of Marketing activity.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing department in the preparation for events, conferences, and seminars: preparing the merchandising/logistics, putting together all the presentations and other materials for the events, coordinating attendees, and follow up marketing actions (eg. Thank you letter between others).
- Update contacts at marketing databases and helping in the marketing opportunities tracking system locally.
- Contact with providers, clients and internal sales teams.
- Undertaking multiple tasks in a international environment.
Required Skills & Experience:
- No experience or a maximum of 1 ? 2 years experience
- High level of English is a must as this position will support Italy and GTI (Greece, Turkey and Israel).
- Office, high level knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint y Outlook)
- Willing to learn, strong communication and teamwork skills, capacity to manage multiple tasks
- Available to start in September 2010
- Half day, from 09.00h ? 14.00h (flexible time) or from 14.00h to 18.00h
