Major Music Company is looking for a Marketing Coordinator for its New York, NY location. This individual will be support for a team of marketing directors. Responsibilities include:
-Billable and Gratis CD Orders -DJ Orders -Book travel and submit ETA -Prepare advertising requests -Submit TV Breaks for approval -Create watermarked advances -Distribute advances to sales contacts -Digital blasts done through PlayMPE -Physical mailings done at depot -Release book pages -Create various promotional items (evites, flyers, one sheets, etc.) and make duplications using an outside printer or the printer downstairs -Order assets internationally on Muver (videos, EPKs, etc.) -Order blank CDs, DVDS, jewel cases, and labels for dub room -Send promotional items (posters, postcards) from the depot using UMG Fulfillment
