POSITION DESCRIPTION: Our client is looking to hire experienced Marketing Coordinator to join their team. Working under the direction of the Managing Partner, the incumbent will be responsible for a variety of marketing activities such as: ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Assisting in delivery of marketing strategies/plans for client projects · Organizing and preparing marketing materials, newsletters, sales presentations and various other collateral · Conducting research to identify marketing opportunities, speaking opportunities, conferences and trade shows · Assisting in marketing lead generation campaigns by procuring new lists, identifying new lead sources, and segmenting leads within the database · Developing and publishing new website content QUALIFICATIONS: · Minimum of 3-5 years related experience in the development of marketing strategies/plans · Exceptional writing and communication skills in both English and French. · Strong graphic design skills (Dreamweaver, Adobe reader, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) · Strong web skills (website, social media, newsletter, etc.) · Knowledge of CRM · Proficient with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint · Proactive and results focused with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously · Bachelor ??s or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or other related discipline If you are interested in this position, please forward your resume to Nadia Mohamed via email .
