We are seeking a qualified Marketing Coordinator to add to our team. This individual will be responsible for, but not limited to:
All pricing-related matters, including maintenance and exception reporting, updating order forms and maintaining pricing spreadsheets.
Working closely with Marketing Manager and Director on all key account presentations including POG layouts, mock-ups, presentation boards, product labeling, shipping as well as maintenance of presentation files.
Providing support to Sales team including creating sales sheets, sample shipments and running sales reports as needed.
Tradeshow/Event support including shipment logistics, making travel arrangements, and completing event paperwork.
Some travel may be required.
This position reports directly to the Marketing Manager, but will work closely with all levels of the company. This position is located in Jacksonville, FL. No relocation assistance will be provided.
Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following minimum requirements:
4-year degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or related field
Must be proficient in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint. PhotoShop and Illustrator knowledge a plus.
Excels in the “details" (proofing, spreadsheets, etc.)
Excels in time management, multi-tasking and balancing multiple projects at one time in a fast paced environment
Deadline oriented
