Marketing Coordinator
- Plan and execute marketing strategies and activities for our books and journal portfolios, including print promotion, conference participation, sales meetings and telemarketing; - Develop good relationship with authors, customers, vendors and scholarly societies; Build strategies to maximize selling effectiveness and profile presence; - Manage key accounts; Visit key contacts regularly; - Plan, organize and attend events, seminars and conferences; - Pro-actively scout for viable customers and projects to maximize business opportunities; and - Coordinate projects with other departments and overseas offices. - At least 1-2 years of sales or marketing experience; - Strong interpersonal and communication skills; - Independent and creative thinker; Energetic and pro-active; - Excellent organizational skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize; - Willingness to travel domestically; and - Must be able to take on new responsibilities with ease.
