Job Description

Job Summary
Coordinate the day-to-day activities in the Facilities Maintenance eBusiness Department. Assist in the implementation of policies and procedures, customer/client resolutions and project management. Partner with National Account teams and Purchasing Directors at the customer level to ensure all electronic catalogs contain accurate parts and prices. Coordinate with contract specialists in Sales to ensure all customer agreement updates are reflected in customer-specific electronic catalogs.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

* Responsible for assisting department with all administrative functions and special projects to include arranging meetings, answering calls, coordinating documentation logs, assists with on-boarding process, and provide basic data analysis.
* Provides and supports managers in administrative functions to include phone coverage, travel arrangements and reporting
* Coordinate daily operations of the company or department and its various components, ensuring compliance with company, local, state, and federal policies and regulations
* Identify client needs, making calls to various customers.
* May perform other duties as assigned.
Nature and Scope

* Selects correct processes from clearly prescribed rules, past practices or instruction. Seeks advice and guidance on non routine or problem areas from supervisor. Deviations from the norm are cleared by the supervisor.
* Under close supervision, exercises limited latitude/independent judgment. Work typically involves detailed checks or close review of output by a senior co-worker and/or supervisor.
Work Environment

* Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
* Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
* No travel required.
Essential Skills

Minimum Qualifications

* Must be eighteen years of age
* Must pass the Drug Test
* Must pass the Background Check
* Must pass pre-employment tests if applicable
Education and Experience

* HS Diploma or GED required. 0-2 years of experience in area of responsibility.
Preferred Qualifications

* HD Supply product and business process experience.
* Strong computer skills - proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Internet searches and usage.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong attention to detail.
