Marketing Coordinator & Customer Service Representative
We are a food importer in North Toronto, servicing foodservice distributors and retail chains across Canada, who is currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator & Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. Responsibilities Create, update and maintain promotional material and assist with product packaging design Support the sales team - maintain customer reports; fill out product/company information forms and pricing sheets; assist with samples Distribute company communications to customer base Coordinate trade shows Gather and analyze market information Manage and grow assigned customer accounts via phone Manage and develop relationships with new and existing clients, and communicate company policies, procedures, expectations of service and products Process customer orders received by phone, fax or email; ensure orders are entered accurately with no discrepancies; ensure orders are completed and delivered on time through ongoing communication with carriers and warehouse Receive customer inquiries and concerns and respond in a timely and efficient manner Coordinate solutions to problems affecting orders Other assignments, temporary or permanent, as requested or required by management Requirements University degree in marketing, business, or related field Minimum 2 years experience in a marketing or sales role Excellent attention to detail, and organizational skills Proven ability to deliver results and work well in a fast-paced high volume environment Demonstrated ability to multitask and set priorities Creative - must have eye for design and layout Client focused - strong understanding of customer service Self motivated with a can-do attitude and ability to influence others Works well independently and within a team environment Computer proficiency in MS Office especially Outlook, Excel and Publisher Must be fluent in English; fluency in French an asset Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal skills Salary: $40,000 to $45,000 per year Please submit a cover letter and resume to: .
