Marketing Coordinator Location: Atlanta, GA Benefits: Comprehensive Benefits Package including medical, dental and 401(k) Employment Type: Full Time Description: Cooper Carry, a national architecture and design firm located in downtown Atlanta, is seeking a new Marketing Coordinator to grow our Marketing Team.
The Marketing Coordinator specializes in marketing, graphic design & project management. Responsible for leading the marketing efforts of one or more specialty practice groups within the firm, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for that group(s) digital, print, collateral and visual communications for external audiences. The Marketing Coordinator is a creative marketer with experience in marketing, design, writing, research and advertising. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator works with one or more designated Principals in support of their efforts to garner business for the firm. This would include coordinating the RFP process, supporting participation in industry-specific conferences, trade shows and special events, public relations and customer relationship management. This role requires strong skills across many disciplines, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external resources, occasionally in a supervisory role. Strong creativity, critical thinking, business understanding, organizational skills, and up-to-date technical skills are all required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: ? 3 years of design experience, with exposure to brand strategy, identity development, print and digital marketing materials, trade shows and events, packaging, advertising, marketing, public relations and creative software applications ? Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite ? Knowledge of typography, photography, illustration, color and design ? Strong interpersonal skills (open, friendly and supportive attitude) ? Strong verbal and written communications/presentation skills ? Video production experience preferred ? High School Diploma or GED
QUALIFICATIONS: ? Strong visual arts designer ? Project leadership experience ? Demonstrated strong technical design competence ? Demonstrated strong communication and organization skills ? Demonstrated ability to fulfill all of graphic design responsibilities ? Demonstrated ability to create and manage a marketing plan to include knowledge of marketing, advertising and public relations principles
