Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP is a regional, public accounting firm that delivers innovative accounting, tax, audit and specialized services. We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator for our office in Charlotte, North Carolina.
As the largest CPA firm based in the Southern U.S., we combine deep industry experience, comprehensive accounting and advisory services and a strong commitment to personal service. We have over 1700 people located throughout the Southern U.S. and Mid-Atlantic located in 30 offices.
Responsibilities:
Execute marketing projects, ensuring assigned initiative stay on time and within budget
Understand the firm's brand and how it translates to all audiences of the firm
Assist with client pursuits by preparing presentation, pitch books, and writing proposals
Assist users of client service and business development specific to assigned industry
Assist with logistics for conferences, tradeshows, seminars and sponsored events
Support implementation of public relations plans & activities including conducting market research as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations or related field
5+ professional services marketing experience preferred
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, able to effectively interface with various roles and leadership levels throughout the firm
Superior organizational and project management skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs and desktop publishing software, experience with developing and managing Web content, e-marketing tools, CRM systems and marketing databases
