Marketing Communications Manager
Join this Global Marketing Communications team and be a true Business Partner to Product Managers, Country Marketing Managers, Sales force and Customers. My client is seeking a Senior Marketing Communications Manager to manage one direct report and who is responsible for the development and execution of global communications strategies that are aligned with divisional business strategies. This Marketing Communications Manager works closely with the Product teams to develop, execute and measure strategic marketing communication plans for different product lines on an annual basis.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborates and makes
recommendations on strategies that support product and franchise activities globally; including use of appropriate channels, messages and communications tactics. Applies product and market knowledge throughout the process.
2. Produces global communications materials ensuring consistency and collaboration across franchises while following established guidelines, processes and tools. Educates cross-functional teams, provides direction and establishes solutions where appropriate.
3. Defines project budgets while guiding cost saving measures. Assists in the development of department budgets, adhering to corporate priorities.
4. Communicates proactively to all levels of management and stakeholders. Champions communications messages
throughout the organization.
5. Identifies appropriate resources to ensure that project initiatives meet objectives. Advocates an understanding of
and compliance to defined processes; provides guidance and feedback on areas of continuous improvement.
6. Fosters strong relationships with key customers, both internal and external, to achieve goals. Participates and collaborates across company to ensure exceptional excellence.
7. Partners with and manages elements of vendor relationships to ensure project objectives are met. Provides direction and
establishes solutions in support of continuous improvement.
8. Analyzes and validates program impact and metrics for projects. Identifies areas of improvements and implements solutions for continuous improvement.
9. Maintains and enhances knowledge of communications and industry trends and best in class practices as related to responsibilities.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in communications and medical related field preferred.
Bachelors degree/Masters degree preferred.
