Excel Personnel is searching for a Marketing Communications Specialist to work with one of our clients in Arvada!! Pay: $18-$20/hr Duration: +6 months with opportunity to extend Knowledge, skills & abilities desired: " Work with Product Managers " Give marketing related recommendations " Graphic design knowledge a plus " Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills " Perform marketing research " Work with outside marketing printing/research company ' find out what has worked and what has not in the past " Gather data from Project Manager's for projects and schedule meetings to bring the group together " Extremely deadline driven and coordinate with individuals to meet deadlines " Comfortable with websites and working in the e-platform " Convention planning skills " Knowledge of internal organizational marketing " Knowledge of marketing communication strategy " Problem solving and use of intuition Projects: " Coordination of STS Meeting o Be the "point person" for event o Company's sponsorship & involvement o Execution and promotion of event " Coordinate 2011 Media plan o Topics and messaging (coordinating with PM's) " Website activity: new site o Test the site, edit content for grammatical accuracy, check functionality " Work with the patient website: assist with development and market research " AATS and STS Conventions: event coordination and "get people talking" " Coordinate in-house product fair Experience Preferred: " Medical device " True marketing in healthcare is a plus " 2-3 years in marketing Interested applicants, please reply with your resume to the email address listed above and/or apply online at Candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
