Marketing Administrator
Warner Bros. International Television Distribution is seeking an Administrator for the Marketing department. The Marketing Administrator is responsible for the administration and support of the implementation of marketing projects and initiatives for the WB Int'l Television Distribution department.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in creation of marketing reports and presentations requiring proficiency in both Excel and PowerPoint.
Assist in the tracking and fulfillment of marketing materials for 6-8 sales and marketing events annually, including LA Screenings, MIPCOM, NATPE, PROMAX, IPJ and others.
Track and ensure up-to-date status of information and assets on B2B web site ().
Conduct research necessary to maintain accurate product information and to source relevant marketing materials for all new products.
Facilitate dissemination of marketing materials and product information to field offices.
Assist the in the creation of both international and domestic television Research reports.
Track and ensure up-to-date status of video materials on Screen-It system.
Work with field offices to track and maintain international broadcast information in Telecast Data Base system.
Work closely with personnel across various divisions to help manage the flow of materials and information.
Perform basic administrative office duties as requested by department management, including phone coverage, ordering of supplies, mail and courier services, photocopies, etc.
