About MD24House Calls: MD24House Calls is a network of Board Certified physicians that provide medical services to residents in assisted living and independent living facilities. We have been selected as the top 20 innovative health care start-up company in Arizona through MIT Enterprise Forum Phoenix. Endorsed by Health Care Reform Bill and incentives for electronic health records, we have partnered with Arizona State University SkySong and City of Surprise. In order to expand in 2010 and 2011, we're currently looking for talented Marketing Account Representative with experience in health care to join an exciting venture with a dedicated team and fast growing company. Overview: This position reports to the Marketing Director. Position's primary responsibilities are to generate leads and secure facilities and patients for marketing the Company's house call services. Attends networking events as well as facility weekly visits to build rapport and establish a lasting personal relationship. Responsibilities: - Secures prospective patient leads by effectively promoting MD24 to different direct-care facilities who could refer prospective residents. - Creates and provides presentations for facilities and its residents to bring awareness of MD24 services. - Cultivates strong personal relationships with patients & facility staffs to further develop new resident sources and retention of existing patients. - Works closely with MD24 management team to ensure coordinated communication with company directions. - Follows-up with facilities staff to transform contacts and relationships into residents leads, referrals, and presentation opportunities. - Produces activity reports on a weekly basis in a clear and concise format. - Attends industry fairs, trade shows and conferences for purpose of establishing lead generation contacts and to present MD24 services. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Below are the minimum requirements of the education, experience, knowledge, and skills required to competently perform the requirement: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - At least 2-3 years of successful experience in selling and managing a sales process or business development in long term care sector. - Highly motivated, self driven, result-oriented, strategic, logical and methodical thinker. - Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. - Must be able to inspire loyalty and trust and must be flexible and adaptable. - Must be a team player, willing to share and exchange with compassion. - Must have the ability to make ethical decisions, doing what is always best for the residents, facilities as well as the Company. - Strong adaptation to MD24's culture. - CRM (ie. Salesforce) knowledge is a plus. Base salary of $36,000 with potential to reach $60,000 with commission package.
