Job Description
Please note this is a one year contract position:

The primary responsibility of the Marketing Manager, Drug Delivery is Demand Generation. The Marketing Manager is responsible for the accelerated market uptake and growth of the Drug Delivery (IV Premixes), Elastomerics & Oncology portfolios by developing, advocating and implementing clinically and technically focused marketing & sales programs.
This role will work collaboratively with the sales/clinical team to develop and manage key relationships with KOLs, key customers and will represent Baxter's leading efforts to help clinicians manage medication errors and work towards using more Ready-to-Mix (RTM) and Ready-to-Use (RTU) products.

Strategic Planning i.e. Portfolio Growth, Marketing PowerHouse, LRP, WWPP

•Owns and leads the creation and execution of marketing strategies, branding, positioning and portfolio direction based on market insights/voice-of-customer

•Ensuring on-time delivery and support of MD goals and strategies. Identify opportunities for synergies across the portfolio.

•Responsible for the achievement of the financial growth targets for Drug Delivery, Elastomerics & Oncology portfolios

•Responsible for key product/therapy launches (Project ICE, Amiodarone, Elastomerics CWI, etc.) Advocacy & KOLs

•Identifies future advocacy needs according to portfolio strategy/market feedback

•Owns relationships with influential KOLs/Organizations/Associations

•Leverages KOLs and Advocates to enhance marketing programs and portfolio strategy

•Uses market dynamics/trends/insights to develop programs/product launches that address customers' unmet needs Marketing Program Development

•Creates innovative programs aimed at growing market share for all 3 portfolios

•Collaborates with Global Marketing and Franchise Lead to ensure alignment and synergies

•Develops and presents business case for pipeline projects for approval Using project management skills, coordinate and lead projects that are associated with the delivery of plans for a specific portfolio or strategic initiative (e.g. Clinical Training)
Coordinate events, including customer advisory boards and exhibits and other special initiatives as required

Market Research & Competitive Intelligence

•Transforms market information into insights for strategy development

•Product and therapy subject matter expert on Oncology products, Elastomeric Devices & Drug Delivery RTM & RTU portfolios Process Coordination i.e. Budget Development, Forecasting, RA/QA

•Overall awareness and knowledge of the process and requirements

•Works collaboratively with Associate Marketing Manager and/or Marketing Manager for alignment and escalation when necessary Pricing & Contracts

•Develops the pricing and contract strategic vision for the brand/portfolio Complaints, FCAs, Product Inquiries & Misc.

•Supports Demand Fulfillment Associate Marketing Manager and/or Marketing Manager as required

•Viewed as product and therapy subject-matter expert

Job Requirements
Education Level

Required:

•Bachelor Degree (Science, Pharmacy and/or Business Administration) Preferred:

•Masters of Business Administration / Masters of Science and/or Health Administration

Major Subjects / Specialties

•Health Services and/or Biology and/or Pharmacy Type of Experience
