Manager - Integrated Ad Sales Marketing

The Manager, Integrated Ad Sales Marketing is responsible for the development, execution and overall management of the Sponsorship and Value Earned Database, as well as other Ad Sales marketing activities for Animal Planet, Planet Green, and Discovery Fit and Health (DFH). This position requires the ability to represent DCI when dealing with clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all aspects of the Sponsorship and Value Earned Database (SAVED) for Animal Planet, Planet Green, and DFH, including the creation, input and tracking of packages, and any related changes throughout the year.

2. Manage all aspects of the Sponsorship Overview and Tracking grid that lists all sold and pending sponsors elements.

3. Track inventory and sell out levels on programs to ensure sponsors receive all deliverables promised. Negotiate additional promotional time with the network when necessary.

4. Collaborate with network to develop marketing ideas for incoming client RFPs.

5. Execute sold silver and bronze packages, as well as other marketing elements as needed.

6. Create post-sell recap presentations to merchandise executed partnership marketing elements for top level clients.

7. Maintain strong working relationships with internal DCL divisions as well as external groups (ad agencies, etc.) to drive incremental revenue via the successful sell-in of multi-platform partnerships.

8. Handle client-based projects as necessary (such as assisting with client integration on-set at program shoots).

9. Communicate with DCL's Digital Media team as it relates to client opportunities.

10. Sustain in-depth knowledge of consumer and media/marketing industry trends in order to help create unique partnership offerings that differentiate Animal Planet, Planet Green, and DFH from competitive networks.

11. Work with Integrated Ad Sales Marketing Creative Team on Upfront Presentations.

12. Responsible for maintenance on networks' B2B websites.

13. Demonstrate creative, open-minded thinking and approach to developing on-air/off-air marketing opportunities for advertisers.
