Manager Corporate Citizenship Mgr L
This position will manage and provide strategic leadership on community investment to the Global Corporate Citizenship (GCC) corporate team who serve the global, enterprise wide Network of 100+ full and part-time GCC focals. In addition, this person will act as a coach and focal for implementation of the enterprise wide strategy to the global network of GCC community investors. Duties include: Serve as a mentor and coach to Boeing community investors, leading the development of objectives, strategies and projects that align with company policy and meet their unique community needs. Manage the charitable grants program for international and domestic GCC community investors. Conduct regular reviews and analysis of the impact of programs. Support and lead the training and development program for the GCC Network. Support with development and implementation of employee engagement strategy. Leverage community investments in order to support business objectives as well as improve community impact. Provide research and measurement guidance to support the GCC team and Network in building Boeing's global capability to deliver sustainable programs that improve our communities and enhance Boeing's reputation. Support evaluation and benchmarking efforts of global, industry programs and services to further leverage and support collaborative programs with Boeing. Continually improve subject matter expertise by seeking diverse opinions, synthesizing information and developing recommendations to position Boeing as a recognized leader in citizenship. Responsible for meeting GCC budget allocations.
Requirements: Subject matter expertise in community investing and grant making. Proven coaching/consultation skills and a record of effectiveness in driving alignment and understanding within a diverse team. Domestic and international grant administration experience. Effective communication. Skill and ability to: collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources. Bachelor's degree and related work experience preferred.
