Successful consultants must possess the ability to analyze, provide insight and to systematically address complex problems. In addition, other consulting skills such as driving proposals, developing work plans, facilitating client teams, developing and implementing recommendations and driving new business development are required. A principal consultant much also have superior leadership skills including project management and communications and the ability to motivate and guide clients.
Qualifications:
Position requires 10 years work experience of selling and managing consulting services to the federal marketplace, particularly in the Department of Health and Human Services, DHHS, NIH, FDA, CDC, NAIAID, VA, WHO and other agencies concerned with nations issues around public health.
An MBA is required, preferably in business, management, public health, or operations research.
Experience in business development, strategy, new service development, or operations are strongly preferred.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must be able to obtain or currently hold an active secret clearance, due to the nature of our client’s work and their clients.
Energetic and high performing individual with a strong track record of winning business needed.
