Junior Project Manager
This position will coordinate the overall aspects of IT business application projects, analyze the business needs and work closely with both technical and business team members to insure the expectations are met.
Projects include the development and implementation of automated systems, back-office systems, integration middleware, web services, and web development solutions.
Demonstrate exceptional decision-making, organizational and time management skills.
Provide periodic project updates and coordinate meetings with the project stakeholders and steering committee.
Define scope, gather and document detailed business requirements while working with other team members to understand technical requirements while identifying and resolving issue or risks before they occur.
Partner with various department leaders, support groups and technology groups to manage demand and resource priorities.
Develop functional design documents that can be referenced by the stakeholders, respond to their questions and reconcile the functionality of their deliverables to these documents.
Identify and design solutions, recommend business process improvements and system enhancements/modifications.
Develop successful and accurate project plans to implement application initiatives.
