IT51 - Help Desk Level 1

Kelly IT Resources has an immediate need for a 6 month contract Global Marketing Segmentation Coordinator position located in Beaverton, OR for a local sportswear manufacturer.

As our Segmentation Coordinator, you'll manage email segmentation for all US and Global email campaigns. You will help execute advanced marketing segmentation strategies in order to drive improved results across email campaigns. You will be the segmentation tool expert and will be accountable for validating the accuracy of the data output and timely delivery of data.

Requirements for the position include:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required
• 1-2 years of professional experience in Marketing and/or Business Analytics, preferably in the Digital and/or e-Commerce areas
• An additional 2 years of relevant professional experience accepted in lieu of a degree
• Advanced level of Microsoft Excel experience
• Demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently and/or in a diverse team environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize a varied workload with multiple stakeholders
• Project management experience preferred
• Proven experience building positive working relationships and working successfully in cross-functional teams, including demonstrated success in influencing/managing without direct authority
• Experience working in a matrix environment nice to have
