To plan, develop and execute international sales and marketing programs at PASCO. Working under the direction of the VP International Business, the International Marketing Programs Manager?s responsibilities include tactical marketing, channel development, market research and advertising strategy and promotions. The person will work closely with the International Regional Managers and Selling Partners to define and develop country specific marketing and sales strategies.
? Messaging ? works with the VP International Business, Chief Education Officer and the VP of Marketing to define PASCO?s international marketing messaging and maintain consistent messaging throughout PASCO content ? Support of MARCOM ? the International Marketing Programs Manager works closely with MARCOM to help incorporate PASCO international messaging into specific marketing content for catalogs, advertisements and mailings ? Tactical Marketing ? will direct special marketing programs to support PASCO?s international sales efforts ? Special Marketing Projects ? works with PASCO Selling Partners and other PASCO personnel to define and implement special PASCO projects such as international marketing campaigns ? Pricing ? The International Marketing Programs Manager will work on PASCO pricing and product issues in conjunction with other departments ? Advertising and Promotions ? Works with MARCOM to ensure that PASCO marketing messages are clearly articulated in all manner of publications
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications: ? BS/BS degree ? Three to five years experience in education market ? International Sales and Marketing experience a strong plus ? Willingness to travel up to 30% ? Experience introducing new products and technology to markets ? Ability to assess and quantify market potential and develop working strategies for market penetration ? Excellent presentation and writing skills ? Excellent interpersonal skills ? Understanding of advertising, print media (catalogs and direct mail), exhibitions and graphics
Preferred Qualifications: ? MBA or advanced degree in Marketing desirable ? Science education market experience ? Ability to speak, read and write in other languages a plus
